I almost thought this place was decent until I heard slamming doors all night long. And when I asked for an extra pillow, I was rudely denied, like they’d run out of feathers. I expected better treatment than this ordinary service. perhaps a complimentary gift for putting up with the noise would’ve been nice. So unimpressed.

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during my stay, always ready with a smile. Additionally, I appreciated having teabags available, even though a kettle would have improved the experience greatly. I overheard other guests mentioning how much they enjoyed the pool, which they described as inviting and well-maintained.

No one at the front desk upon arrival!!! Lobby had an unpleasant smell and persistent beeping sound!!! Was charged extra for early check-in when ample rooms seemed available!!!

The rooms were huge and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The service was outstanding and the friendly staff provided excellent customer service.

beds are extremely comfy, but the common area TV wouldn’t turn on for kids.

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed was wonderfully spacious and clean. I loved the extra shower necessities provided at no cost, making my stay much more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety that kept us fuelled for the day.
